  Never Had a problem with the company! always helped when i needed it, ok the waiting times on the phone are bad but there's thousands of customers trying to contact them too! overall good company, good qoutes and good people.

  -5 stars, I have never dealt with such incompetence in my life. dealt with like a criminal with a claim and I had to do most of the leg work. renewal process was insulting. Be warned. stay away

  Absolutely shocking company! I stupidly got caught speeding. My own fault yes.. They tried to increase my premium by nearly £400 (more than the speeding fine). They also charged me £50 admin fee for me to send them my licence details. Email and phone contact is shocking. Found a quote elsewhere for £300 less. Emailed them to cancel. No response. After spending half an hour waiting to speak to the cancellations team, they said they were so busy, someone would have to call me back. No call back. Finally got through again and they informed me it was gonna cost me £117 to cancel and that I would receive an email instructing me of how to cancel, within 48 hours. A week later, nothing. I have now cancelled me direct debit and they can whistle for their £117...
