  I am in my mid fifties and been in the mortgage market since the age of 18. During this time I have purchased many mortgages from many companies. I stumbled across HQ Mortages about 6 years ago and in doing so was introduced to Mark Baker one of their advisors. Up to this point I had always found the remortgaging process confusing and a headache to say the least. It would also be fair to say that my needs were not straightforward as it not only involved my requirements but also that of my son and daughters. Mark really puts himself out and the needs of his customers first. We can only meet during the evenings and only then on limited specific dates. Mark always fitted around us and never rushed us despite the lateness of his visits. As previously stated are requirements were complicated so we had many questions and demands, Mark always work hard to meet our needs and never failed. We had many follow up calls and meeting and we always felt that Mark wanted to help indeed he encouraged us to contact him at any time with any question however small it maybe. I cannot recommend HQ Mortgage and finance enough and in particular Mark Baker. They make the process very simple, put the customer first, always focused on giving advice with no pressure to purchase and finally nothing is ever too much trouble.
